The Bayou Club Property Owners Association (BCPOA) Social Group is an informal group of over 100 Bayou Club Resident families that participate in social events scheduled throughout the year. The group publishes a quarterly newsletter via email to its members with the dates and times of upcoming events. Events include Ladies Night Out, Ladies Bunko, Bayou Book Club, events for kids, dinner and dancing events, and annual Holiday Party. There is a committee that plans events so you can join and get involved. The events are subsidized in part by the annual dues of $50 per family. The BCPOA also publishes a bound directory distributed annually for members. To keep the directory current, Resident Information Forms are sent out at the beginning of the year. This form requests information such as name, address, phone numbers and email addresses. Optional information, like all family members names, occupations, hobbies and babysitter may also be included.
