  • For Residents interested in getting to know their neighbors better, there is now a Bayou Club Community Group on www.facebook.com which only residents can join. Click on the link to join www.facebook.com with an email id and password and then search for "Bayou Club Community" to find the group and join it. From there you can choose to become friends with other neighbors you know who have already joined and eventually you can get to know more of your neighbors. Using www.facebook.com  you can share both public and private messages, links, and pictures with your friends. You can limit access to just your friends and you can limit email notices if you like.  There are now over 140 million people on www.facebook.com which started with college students but now is growing as baby boomers come online to connect with friends from family, work, college, high school, hobbies, etc..
